The fine print, in plain language
- On-site is the Phoenix metro
- Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and the rest of the Valley are included. Outside that radius the work is remote, or on-site with travel billed at cost.
- Boutique cancels any time
- No term, no early-termination fee. Your data, your phone number, and your history leave with you.
- Own It is a clean break
- You buy it, you run it on your own infrastructure and accounts. Support afterward is hourly or on a separate retainer, priced above the Boutique monthly because supporting a deployment we do not host is more work, not less.
- The Blueprint credits toward the install
- Pay $2,500 for the investigation and build spec. Upgrade to the full install within 90 days and the whole $2,500 comes off the price.
- Voice agents have real usage costs
- The monthly covers 1,000 minutes. Past that it is $0.35 per minute, billed on what you actually use.
- Annual prepay saves two months
- Pay a year of any Boutique monthly up front and you pay for ten.
- Financing is available
- Setup fees and Own It buyouts of $2,500 or more can be financed through Hearth, subject to credit approval. Checking your options does not affect your credit score. Monthly fees are billed normally. How it works.
