WebMax Labs text messages
WebMax Labs LLC sends text messages only to people who ask for them: people who text our business line at (480) 571-1321, callers who say yes when we ask on a call whether we may text them, and people who tap “Yes, text me!” when they chat with us at webmaxlabs.com. See How you opt in below. Messages are about replies to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-ups about a project you asked about. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help or contact us at info@webmaxlabs.com or (480) 571-1321. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
How you opt in
There are three ways, and each one is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
1. On our website chat. The chat assistant at webmaxlabs.com asks, after you share an email, whether you want a text back. It shows this message with two buttons, “Yes, text me!” and “No thanks”. We ask for your mobile number and text you only if you tap “Yes, text me!”:
Want me to ping our team lead right now so he can text you back in minutes? We'll text you about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and project follow-ups. Msg frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See webmaxlabs.com/sms-terms and webmaxlabs.com/privacy. This isn't required, you can still work with us either way. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. By texting us first. The contact section of our home page (webmaxlabs.com/#contact) invites you to text (480) 571-1321 and shows this notice next to the number:
By texting us, you agree to receive text replies from WebMax Labs about your inquiry. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
When you text us, we reply to your message. Our first reply names WebMax Labs and tells you how to opt out.
3. On a phone call. When you call (480) 571-1321, our assistant tells you at the start that calls are recorded. If you want to book a call with Jake, it asks this question, word for word, before sending anything by text:
Can I text you a link to book a time with Jake? It's one text to the number you're calling from, and you can reply STOP anytime.
We send that one text only if you say yes, and only to the number you called from. Your answer is kept in the call recording and transcript. A phone call by itself is not consent to receive texts.
